Solid phenolic core material toilet partitions are used for typical applications where color coordinating, high traffic, out-door environments, and vandal-prone areas are a factor. Phenolic material is resistant to scratches, markers, rust and bacteria. Solid phenolic core material is composed of multiple resin-impregnated first quality kraft sheets with decorative melamine surface sheets. Edges are richly polished to a smooth black diamond finish. Pilaster and door material thickness shall be 3/4" (19mm), combined with panel thickness of 1/2" (13mm) to form a durable installation. Phenolic partitions offer ease of maintenance by hosing down with mild soap and water. Guaranteed against corrosion, breakage and finish surface delamination for 10 years. Solid phenolic partitions meet fire code ASTM E 84 compliance test for NFPA class A and class B.
